Battery Blackout
A downloadable game for Windows
You are equipped with a flashlight to light your way and a camera whose flash can kill demons. Unfortunately you only have one battery. Be mindful of your tools and tread carefully as you make your escape from this ghoul infested manor.
***WARNING: Screen flashes white when using the camera***
This game was completed in under 48 hours for the Game Maker's Toolkit Jam 2019.
Supported input options are Xbox 360 controller for Windows, and keyboard & mouse.

Notes for Windows 10:
Run 'Battery Blackout.exe'. If you are prompted with a warning from Windows Defender SmartScreen, you can bypass this by selecting More Info > Run anyway.
You may notice that the game won't start right away the first time you run it. Just wait 30 seconds or so for it to start. Clicking the .exe again will cause multiple instances of the game to be run. I believe this may have something to do with Windows Defender scanning files downloaded from the internet.
