Balloon Escape

You release balloons into an overhead net. When 4 balloons of the same colour touch, they will turn gray and remain locked in place. Gusts of wind appear periodically, destroying any unsecured balloons. Your goal is to reach the ground with the gray balloons.

This was created for the GMTK Game Jam 2023. Given that the theme was role reversal, I tried to make a falling block game where the blocks must be placed rather than removed.

When playing the web version, be sure to play in full screen as the UI won't display correctly otherwise.
